ZOOM and IN-PERSON EVENTS
- Zoom only talks are offered FREE to all members. The zoom link is sent out automatically to members 24-48 hours ahead of each talk.
- Non-members are welcome to book for these, booking links can be found on each event page.
- In-person events do require booking by members, and non-members (if eligible).
- Hybrid events (new since 2022) which offer zoom as well as in-person attendance, do require booking for both zoom or in-person options.
BOOKING MORE THAN ONE EVENT
Booking an event puts an order in your basket (top right of page). If you go back and book another event, that will be added to your basket. When you have completed your orders, proceed to the member details and payment. This will save you time compared to paying for each event individually - and it saves LBC money in card charges.
WRITTEN REPORTS and VIDEO RECORDINGS
Reports of conversations with guests are posted on this website under Reports following approval from the speakers.
Video recordings of interviews are also put up for viewing on the Members’ page. After 6 months, most videos are made available to all on our YouTube channel LBC YouTube
CANCELLATIONS and WAITING LISTS
Please advise [email protected] if you need to cancel, so we can offer your space to another member.
We do operate waiting lists when an event is sold out and many members have been pleased to get a second chance to attend events this way.
Refunds are only offered if events themselves are cancelled.
Funds raised from all our ticket sales, including individual cancellations, are donated to our charitable causes.
