The LBC is an independent ballet appreciation society founded in 1946. As a charity, we rely on social media and our website as our main marketing vehicles. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help us improve our visual brand. Please note, this could be a one-time project or you could stay with us as a volunteer as your time permits.

The Role: project-based
- Update the LBC logo and design a letterhead
- Create a logo title slide and end frame for the videos from our talks
- Design signage for a live event
The Role: ongoing basis if available
- Help the website Trustee refresh banner images as needed
- Advise on ways to improve and standardise the image sizes used for website pages
- Create graphics if needed for posting on our social channels
- Design handouts and a template for our newsletter
- The Graphic Designer will work with the Trustees in charge of social media and our website.
Your Skills
- Graphic design experience working with brands
- Ability to respond to a brief
- Understanding of online file formats and size requirements
- Great eye for photography; familiarity with free stock libraries
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
Mandatory:
- Aged 18 or over
- Member of the LBC
- Live in the UK
- Able and willing to contribute the hours needed for a logo refresh
- Your own computer and graphic design software
Optional but encouraged:
- Experience creating social media and video graphics for brands
- Knowledge of marketing
- General knowledge of the ballet world in the UK
